Old browser & plugin method
Current browsers no longer offer support for NPAPI plugins such as Shockwave Player.
You can use Pale Moon instead. Make sure to download the 32-bit version.
You can also use Internet Explorer, or an old Mozilla Firefox version with NPAPI support (52 or under).
Download Xtras-patched Shockwave Player 11 (patch by Puomi team).
Make sure to keep Pale Moon closed while Shockwave gets installed.
Doesn't work? Use the Shockwave uninstaller and restart before installing it again.

Executable method (easy one)
The client is available for download as an executable along with the required files.
Download it, extract the files from HithollHotel.zip and run Play_Hitholl.exe.
You can change the language editing Game_settings.ini.
Available in English and Spanish.
